Search, saved views, and keyboard shortcuts
Find Repliqo conversations with search operators, preserve useful filters as personal views, and navigate with keyboard shortcuts.
Search works across the conversations and messages in your accessible inboxes. Combine normal words with operators to narrow the result.
Search conversations
Open the mailbox search field or press /, then enter a query such as:

Quote multi-word values. You can run a filter-only query such as has:attachment in:archived without adding free text.
Save a repeatable view
- Choose the inbox or All inboxes scope.
- Select the mailbox, category, workflow status, and search query you need.
- Select Save view.
- Give the view a name.
Saved views are personal: they preserve your target inbox, mailbox, category, workflow status, and free-text search without changing another teammate's sidebar. Use the saved-view menu to rename or delete one, and drag saved views to reorder them.

Press ? to open the searchable shortcut reference and turn shortcuts on or off.

Shortcuts are ignored while you type in a field, editor, dialog, or menu.
Success looks like
- Search returns only conversations in the intended inbox and mailbox scope.
- A saved view reopens the same useful filter combination.
- Keyboard shortcuts never fire while typing a reply or form value.
Common problems
- Expected results are missing: remove operators one at a time and check whether the current inbox scope excludes the conversation.
- A saved view changed: save a new view after changing filters; the original view stores its own query.
- Shortcuts do nothing: press
?and confirm they are enabled, then move focus out of the composer or another form field.
