Repliqo Docs

Manage conversations

Triage Repliqo conversations with statuses, snoozing, archive, trash, categories, priority, and bulk actions.

The inbox queue is where your team decides what needs attention, who owns it, and when it is finished.

Understand the main views

ViewUse it for
OpenActive conversations that still need work
SnoozedConversations that should return at a chosen time
DoneCompleted conversations that remain part of the normal workflow history
DraftsUnsent replies and new messages
SentOutbound mail sent from accessible inboxes
ArchivedMail removed from the active workflow but kept for reference
TrashConversations moved out of normal work and eligible for restoration or later deletion

Done and Archived are different: use Done for successfully completed work and Archive when a conversation should leave the workflow entirely.

Triage a conversation

  1. Open a conversation from the queue.
  2. Read the thread and contact context.
  3. Assign an owner when one person is responsible for the next action.
  4. Apply shared labels, category, or priority when they help routing and reporting.
  5. Reply, leave an internal note, or create a related task.
  6. Move the conversation to Snoozed, Done, Archive, or Trash as appropriate.

Actions update live for teammates in the same workspace.

Snooze work until later

Snooze a conversation and choose a future time. It leaves the Open queue and returns automatically when the snooze expires. Unsnooze it early to return it immediately.

Use categories and priority

Categories separate primary customer messages from billing, promotional, notification, product-update, and other bulk mail. Priority highlights work that deserves faster attention. Your workspace's learned category rules can improve future routing without changing the original message.

Work in bulk

Select multiple rows to apply supported lifecycle and triage actions together. Review the current inbox scope and selection count before running a bulk action; each selected conversation is updated.

Success looks like

  • Open contains only work that still needs attention.
  • Snoozed contains conversations with a clear return time.
  • Done records completed work without hiding it in Archive.
  • Assignments, labels, and priority communicate the next action consistently.

Common problems

  • A conversation disappeared: check Snoozed, Done, Archived, Trash, and the current inbox/category filters.
  • A snoozed conversation returned: its scheduled time passed or a teammate unsnoozed it.
  • An action is unavailable: your workspace or inbox access may be read-only, or the underlying Gmail/Outlook account may require reconnection.
  • You are seeing the wrong queue: check whether the sidebar is scoped to one inbox or All inboxes.
