Getting started
Create a Repliqo workspace, connect your first inbox, invite a teammate, and work your first conversation.
Repliqo organizes email inside a workspace. A workspace holds your connected inboxes, teammates, contacts, tasks, rules, and automations.
Permissions
The workspace owner and admins can connect email accounts, add domains, and invite teammates. Members can work in the inboxes they have been given access to.
1. Create your workspace
- Sign in to Repliqo.
- Enter a workspace name during onboarding.
- Select Create workspace.
Use the name your team will recognize. You can change it later under Settings → General.
2. Choose how email reaches Repliqo
| Choose | Best when | DNS changes |
|---|---|---|
| Gmail | You already have a shared Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox | None |
| Outlook | You already have an Outlook.com, Hotmail, or Microsoft 365 mailbox | None |
| Custom domain | You want Repliqo to host addresses such as support@inbox.acme.com | Required |
The onboarding wizard offers Gmail and custom-domain setup. To connect Outlook, finish onboarding and open Settings → Connected accounts → Outlook.
You can mix connection types in one workspace and add more inboxes later.
3. Confirm the inbox is ready
- A connected Gmail or Outlook account appears as a workspace inbox and begins syncing.
- A custom domain must be verified before you can create an address on it. After verification, create an inbox such as
support@inbox.acme.com.
Open the inbox from the left sidebar and confirm its status does not require reconnection or DNS work.
4. Invite your first teammate
- Open Settings → Team.
- Select Invite member.
- Enter the teammate's email address.
- Choose their role and, for members, whether they can access all inboxes or only selected inboxes.
- Send the invitation.
The teammate accepts the invitation from their Repliqo profile. See team roles and inbox access before granting admin access.
5. Work your first conversation
When a message arrives:
- Open it from the inbox queue.
- Assign an owner or leave it unassigned for the team.
- Reply, or add an internal note for a teammate.
- Move it to Later if it should return at a specific time, or Done when no work remains.
Success looks like
- At least one inbox appears in the sidebar without a reconnect or DNS warning.
- You can open a conversation and send from the expected address.
- Invited teammates can see only the inboxes intended for them.
Common problems
- No inbox after onboarding: open Settings → Connected accounts or Settings → Domains and check the connection status.
- Custom domain is pending: finish the generated DNS records, then select Verify domain. See domain troubleshooting.
- A teammate cannot see an inbox: an owner or admin must update that member's inbox access under Settings → Team.
Next steps
- Learn the conversation workflow.
- Set up assignments, notes, and mentions.
- Create saved searches and views.
