Repliqo Docs

Replies, AI drafts, and snippets

Compose, reply, forward, schedule, and accelerate email with signatures, shared snippets, and human-reviewed AI drafts.

Repliqo keeps outbound work in the conversation: drafts save as you work, inbox signatures are applied consistently, and teammates can see when someone else is replying.

Reply, reply all, or forward

  1. Open a conversation.
  2. Choose Reply, Reply all, or Forward.
  3. Review recipients. Reply recipients come from the conversation; forwarding uses the addresses you enter.
  4. Write and format the message, add attachments if needed, and review the inbox sender address.
  5. Send now or use the arrow beside Send to schedule it.

For a new thread, select Compose, choose an accessible inbox, then add recipients and a subject.

Drafts and signatures

Repliqo saves composer changes into Drafts. Reopen a draft from the Drafts view to continue it. The selected inbox's signature is included in new messages and replies; owners and admins manage inbox details under Settings → Inboxes.

Schedule or undo a send

Open the menu beside Send to choose a preset such as tomorrow morning, next Monday, or a custom date and time. A scheduled message remains recoverable as a draft until dispatch begins.

Immediate sends briefly show an Undo action. Use it before the countdown finishes to restore the message to a draft.

Generate an AI draft

When AI drafting is available for the workspace and enabled for the inbox:

  1. Open the AI draft control in the composer.
  2. Choose the default, concise, friendly, or formal tone.
  3. Add optional instructions describing the outcome or facts the reply must include.
  4. Select Generate.
  5. Review and edit the result before sending.

Keep a human in the loop

An AI draft can misunderstand the thread or invent details. Verify recipients, commitments, dates, prices, and account-specific facts before sending.

Create and insert shared snippets

Owners and admins create reusable reply text under Settings → Snippets. Snippets are shared across the workspace and can include:

  • {{contact.firstName}}
  • {{contact.company}}
  • {{me.firstName}}
  • {{inbox.name}}

In the composer, type / at the beginning of a paragraph and search by snippet name, or use Insert snippet from the command palette. Missing variables appear as placeholders so they can be fixed before send.

Success looks like

  • Messages send from the intended inbox and include its signature.
  • Scheduled messages appear in the expected scheduled state until dispatch.
  • AI output is reviewed rather than sent blindly.
  • Shared snippets resolve available contact, teammate, and inbox variables.

Common problems

  • Send is disabled: wait for active attachment uploads, confirm required recipients and subject, and check the inbox connection status.
  • A teammate already has a draft: coordinate before replacing their work; presence indicators show when someone is replying.
  • A snippet shows Missing …: fill the value manually or update the contact/inbox data used by that variable.
  • AI controls are missing: AI may not be enabled for the inbox or included in the workspace plan.
